order lead time

If the puppets/products you ordered are in stock, we will generally ship them out within 1-2 business days. If, however, the product is built to order or not in stock, please allow 2-4 weeks for build time. Generally, once we ship your products it usually takes 2-6 days to get to you.

Domestic shipping

Contiguous 48 States:
If you are placing an order to be shipped within the contiguous 48 states standard shipping will automatically be calculated.

Alaska, Hawaii, and other US Territories:
If an order is placed outside the contiguous 48 states we will contact you with the total shipping amount and send you an invoice for shipping charges. If you would like to know prior to placing an order how much shipping charges will be please feel free to CONTACT US.

International shipping

Rush orders and delivery:

We’re in the creative arts and puppetry business so we know sometimes, you just need that product yesterday. We are always more than willing to try and meet your deadline by placing a rush order and/or express shipping. Expedited services are not offered online, as we prefer to confirm inventory accuracy when you are in a hurry. Please CONTACT US for more information.

returns & exchanges

Please CONTACT US pre-approval of all returns. If you are not satisfied with an item or if it is defective, call immediately for authorization to return it. Items must be returned within 15 working days of receipt for a full refund (excluding shipping unless item is defective), or within 30 days for an exchange or in-store credit. No exceptions.

All items must be returned in like-new, saleable condition. Include cases, covers, and all packaging or parts of original item ordered. Do not pack returns in newspaper. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee when necessary.
